Long before science, people already knew what foods are good for you and they passed down what they knew to generations that succeeded them. Apples are regarded as superfoods and they're great for weight loss. Not only that, apples are high in soluble fiber, which means your arteries will remain clear. They're especially high in vitamin A. Sweet potatoes are also a rich source of potassium. All these things help make sweet potatoes wonderful for promoting a healthy heart.

You could imagine our early ancestors eating natural foods with most of these foods being plants.
